Prosthodontics

Dr. Priyank Taneja has been in practice since 2002. He graduated from Boston University, Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where he was awarded a Doctorate of Dental Medicine and was on the Dean's list of honors. Subsequently he received a Masters of Medical Science from the Harvard Medical School and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Prosthodontics from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. In 2006, he also dedicated a year at the Dental Department at Yale New Haven Hospital as an Associate treating medically compromised patients for their dental needs.

Dr. Taneja has extensive training and experience in esthetic dentistry, especially with all-ceramic restorations (onlays, crowns and veneers). His expertise also includes fixed bridges, dental implant restorations, full mouth rehabilitations, treatment for bruxism (teeth grinding), removable partial dentures, complete dentures, and maxillo-facial prosthetics. He believes strongly in catering to each patient's dental needs by formulating a multi-disciplinary treatment plan that will best suit the patient's individual requirements.

Dr. Taneja currently maintains a faculty appointment at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine where he is a Clinical Instructor for the Department of Restorative Dentistry & Biomaterial Sciences.

His professional affiliations include membership in the American Dental Association, American College of Prosthodontics, Academy of Osseointegration, European Academy of Osseointegration, and the International Team of Implantologists. Dr. Taneja is actively pursuing the status of a Diplomate of the American College of Prosthodontics.

Dr. Taneja comes from a family of dentists with a total of fourteen among his immediate family members and relatives. He enjoys travelling, art, basketball & soccer.
